Well-Being Guide: Get In Your Flow

“There is only a stream of well-being that flows. You can allow it, or resist it.

But it flows just the same.” - Abraham Hicks

I’m a big believer in being completely in your own flow.

No resistance. No rocks or pebbles in your stream, just totally in your flow of what needs to come up, come in, or flow out!

Let go of resistance and follow the breadcrumbs for action points. No judgments, just flow.

Here’s a little insight into what’s in my flow… Take what resonates.

It’s so easy to get stuck on autopilot, constantly preoccupied with never-ending to-do lists and future plans. In the midst of this chaos, it's crucial to pause and consider how we're truly feeling in the present moment.

If you regularly check in with yourself, you’ll get a better picture of where your dominant emotions sit. Mandy Morris recommends starting with hourly check-ins and gradually forming a habit that will lead to more frequent self-reflection.

The impact of these simple acts of self-awareness and refocusing our energy is truly remarkable. Personally, I find solace in resetting my energy through reconnecting with nature, taking a walk (a barefoot walk can be so grounding!), immersing myself in my favourite playlist, or engaging in a moment of meditation.

“True self-care is building a life you don’t need to regularly escape from” - Unknown.

These words deeply resonate with me, as they remind us that self-care is not limited to a mere 10-minute skincare routine (though it plays an important role). Instead, self-care encompasses the art of building a life brimming with boundless love, joy, self-nurturing, and happiness.

What that looks like will be completely unique to you. Yet, I firmly believe that if we wholeheartedly manifest our desires, we have the power to turn them into reality and live a harmonious life.

In my personal journey of manifestation, I have discovered the power of intention setting rituals. This ritual involves writing down your deepest desires in exact detail, then ceremoniously releasing them by burning the paper and burying the ashes. By surrendering ourselves to the unknown, we invite the universe to conspire in our favour, aligning our energy with our aspirations.

Once we gain clarity on our emotions and identify our limiting beliefs, the process of clearing your energy centres and raising your vibe becomes inherently easier (but don’t be fooled, it’s a continuously evolving process!).

Personally, I love to work with crystals that give off the frequency I want and elevate my vibrations. Every piece of my crystal jewellery has been intentionally designed to tap into the energetical field that surrounds us and bring forth what’s waiting.

In my crystal and chakra guides, I provide suggestions for crystals that correspond to each energy centre, offering a glimpse into their unique properties. However, should you wish to delve deeper into the specific attributes of crystals, I recommend investing in a copy of The Crystal Code.

My kind of vibe...

Your body is truly a temple. It’s extraordinary just how much the human body does on a daily basis and all that it does to serve us. So, it’s important that we look after it and nourish it both on the inside and externally.

When it comes to well-being for my body, I prefer to adopt a natural approach, drawing inspiration from ancient techniques, science-backed nutrition, and effective products that provide me with holistic wellness.

In my ritual...

Everything I’ve learned has been self-taught, from jewellery making to mindfulness – it’s amazing how much knowledge is out there for you to absorb!

I think at the core of everything, is creating a life of harmony and elevating our vibrations. That’s why I’ve curated a selection of my favourite books and resources to guide you and keep you aligned with your manifestations.

But remember, everything in balance. Your mind also deserves quiet time, time to shut off and not think about anything at all – and lots of sleep!

On my bookshelf...

Our environment can be a physical representation of what’s going on in our mind. I must admit, “organised chaos” is probably the best phrase for my studio in the run-up to Christmas. But our physical environment also impacts on our mental well-being.

Now is the perfect time to remove things that no longer serve you, put systems in place to serve you better and most importantly, surround yourself with the things that lift your spirit and create a sense of joy when you see, feel or smell them.

And if you know me, then you know that my home is filled with all the good smells and all the sparkly crystals I can get my hands on!

In my home...

No matter what well-being or wellness means to you, I would encourage you all to get yourself into the present. To put on those rose-tinted glasses and see those little moments of joy, love and gratitude. To invite positive energy into your word. And my intention for you all this year, is to never miss a magical moment.

With Love,
